If you installed to the C Drive, go into the Programs Files folder.
Browse to the drive in which FH3 is installed and select the 'WindowsApps' folder. Through your settings, access the Exception List and select 'Add'. You can test to see if it worked by trying to access the 'WindowsApps' folder yourself, if you're able to open it and look at its contents, you have done it correctly! Click OK on all the windows and you're done. Windows will then change the ownership of the 'WindowsApps' folder. Below that field is a tickbox titled 'Replace owner on sub containers and objects', tick it! Then click Apply. Now the prior window will appear, this time the 'Owner' field looks different. Select the little text box and type in your Administrator username and select the 'Check Names' button next to it once you're done, it should then complete the name. A window will pop up and near the top there should be a field titled 'Owner', click 'Change' next to it. Go to the 'Security' tab and select 'Advanced'. Right click on the folder and select 'Properties'. On top of the window, click 'View' and click the 'Hidden items' box. If you installed in the C Drive, make sure to also go in the 'Programs Files' folder. Proceed to the drive in which the game was installed. If you already have access to this folder, proceed to the second set of steps. 
If this is the case you must take ownership of this folder. Note: It is possible that you won't have access to the 'WindowsApps' folder.
